The PIDCAR app was specifically created at the request of our driver and passenger customers who complain about international apps for the following features:
The drivers complain about:
A. There are many international applications and they request one that makes passengers loyal so as not to have so many open applications on their cell phones.
B. The applications charge very high percentage values for each race and do not help the driver at all.
C. The applications do not encourage the driver to affiliate passengers to these applications, thus earning a monetary incentive each time this passenger takes the service with the recommended application.
D. The applications do not allow the passenger to have preferred drivers to call directly on the cell phone as a faithful driver or friend since by calling them directly the application does not earn money.
E. The international applications agree with values below what is agreed by Colombian law for their races, which makes the drivers work as slaves of gasoline and do not use the values of the regulated national taximeters.
Passengers complain of:
1. Passengers do not earn anything when they request a transport, as if they do when they buy in large supermarkets that make them loyal through the points system.
2. Passengers do not have incentives to recommend their friends to take transportation with a certain application since there are no points or incentives for this purpose, even the department stores of national chain do not do it either.
3. Passengers who take transportation in these applications do not have a way to participate in monthly raffles for being loyal customers of these applications, as they do in large supermarkets or national chains.
4. Passengers do not have a stimulus bonus when they obtain a certain amount of consumption as if they do the department stores of a national chain, such as earning ten thousand extra pesos by earning points for the same amount when taking transportation.
5. The international transport applications take all of their profits to their countries of origin such as the United States, China, Russia, etc., and do not invest in the development of our country Colombia.
All these complaints from drivers and passengers nationwide were collected by our development and planning team at the PIDCAR and we took on the task of creating a Colombian transportation application that would satisfy each of these aforementioned needs.
